Besides face... And maybe height to some extent. Yes gymceling will help. Yes some social max will help, fashion, etc, but if youre ugly it WIlll do nothing. If you dont have any other think but just face, you will do better than having every other thing except face. If you say something works you need first thing which is face. 5'3 framecel with weak status but good face will date 5'2 averge foid, while 6'4 ugly subhuman with nw3 with good body will be virgin. Simple as that
