You can very easily make evolution fit into an extremely religious point of view because its a fall from perfection in the garden of eden. Problem solves itself and its scriptural. Adam started aging, eve had pain in childbirth etc its a degrading. Now we are hardwired by god to feel that need to improve the genes because we are trying to get back to god. God requires we toil and try to achieve gnosis or nirvana to be with god and then to become one with god its in the improvement of the genes through evolution
you could even make an argument for reincarnation because those that dont reproduce get to have another chance at it. And it goes through family blood lines that split off all the way from adam and eve.

at thinking anything relating to humans beginning is anywhere close to Europe.
