The natural way to pull something is with the mouth, but men evolved hands and tend to use it instead of the mouth, and that's why we went from looking like the male and female on the left (Cro-Magnon) to the male and female on the right. Notice how not using your mouth anymore, and using hands with forks and knifes, just makes our skull look like they melted.
Pulling something with your teeth is a natural movement found in the animal kingdom. Our skulls, lower and upper jaw, were in fact made for pulling food away from things.
When you pull you pull for a short period of time. This is a natural movement that all animals do and that modern men have lost, and that's why modern men look like crap.
We don't chew or pull anymore we just use mouth to breath.

In theory, you can try this with belt.
