To summarize, the longer you spend with them, the more obscure your paternity of your kids can be because she can always sneak away and cheat. yes, the spartan state worked to make masculine kids, modern states feminize them

The christian family unit is important in order to defend this, and give an overall,in my opinion,a better environment for higher quality raising than the state, even if it did its best

The problem though is that on an individual level the raising varies and also, due to modern capitalism and economy the state must take over that role since you don't go abroad to fight anymore (sometimes) but mostly you're away for work (on the daily basis)
