I think chads are way more common than Tyrone’s, which are way more common than stacys. Maybe the split is like 1/10 white guys are chad, 1/25 black guys are Tyrone and 1/50 girls are stacy

Chads, staceys, tyrones etc move to big citties and go to the rich/hyper social areas after highschool. They are all very common if you know where to look, but you will have a hard time finding them out in the wild. Most of the ones that stay in rural/poor/ghetto areas or don’t know the power their smv holds end up descending a few years after they leave highschool. Getting to a chad/stacey before they know their smv is important if you don’t want to ascend near their level.

as above depends where you are. If in some rural buttfuck town, population 1k, I wouldn't be surprised if there are zero chads, or even chadlites. But go into the middle of a prosperous city and you're likely to see one or two a week, plus a lot more strong HTNs, weak chadlites etc.

Nowhere near as rare as you'd think.
I'm 6'3 and I regularly see lots of people who are as tall or taller than me by just walking around.
In terms of face, Chads are here and there. However some are manlets, some are fat, some are beardcels, some are old, some are norwooding... Finding a PERFECT Chad is rare, that's why foids go crazy when they see one.

you should base this off of high school demographic in my case I would say out of 1000 students, 1 was chad and 30 were chad/lites and 5 were Stacy and 50 were Stacy lights. But this was in a high school with only 50% white and maybe dozen blacks maybe 1 were Tyrone light (size mogger), 1 lanky tall black and rest were subhumans along with asians and mexicans subhumans.

Depends. If it’s a public or private school or even just a wealthy private school or the average catholic private. As for public depends on how good the public and even good public school could have many many rice & white cels.

However I think wealthy private schools are almost mostly chad & stacies
