I kept wondering why @Darkeningstar was so patient with @Apparition and tried to help him. Turns out he saw himself in him.
At first, he helped and sympathized with him, then he started to ignore him and sometimes mock him.
In the thread where Apparition admitted that he started messaging his Oneitis, Darkeningstar had a breakdown.
Essentially, he was saying it to himself.
I think he began to realize that he’s just as much of a “Joaquin,” so to speak, as apparition is, and that’s why he started to distance himself and eventually reached this point.
