excuses to get surgeries covered by insurance

i have a few excuses loaded up for my future surgeries. Lets start with the best one which is my canthoplasty. When I was little I hit the side of a table and got a cut on my right eye (the outer eye) which made me go to the hospital to check if my eyeball would be restored because it almost came off. The scar is still there so im gonna use that as the excuse.

For my frontal rhinoplasty I have sustained many injuries to my nose when being involved in sports as a child and up till now. Never got it treated and I might just break my nose again just for the opportunity for a rhino.

The implants, I have no fucking clue or excuse. anyone got ideas?
