Caffeine and nicotine are basics bro I'm already on those since a long time

2 cups of black coffee + 2 cups of coffee with sugar a day
Nicotine pouches (under lip) , 21 mg nicotine per pouch , 2pouches under lip at same time , taken basically any time of the day when getting nicotine cravings which is something like every 1 or 2 hours

HcG (waiting for the order to arrive)

Exemestane 25mg

Gotta find something more to add . Will give it a long research and I will read HAIDUT posts on what he suggest. Currently HAIDUT suggests DHEA

Same bro, I run two black cups a day and vaping , but I will switch to the patch soon for all day action and steady blood levels. The sugar is an interesting addition since it blunts the cortisol from coffee.

Maybe a low dose PDE5 inhibitor or horney goat weed (weak pde5 inhibitor) would be a good add in for higher blood flow, make sure the androgens are getting transported to all the right spots.
