Exercise is bad. It uses up human growth hormone, which is essential for height growth. Had I not been very sedentary, I likely would've been much shorter than legit 6 ft if I had led an active lifestyle with exercise.
It also uses up testosterone which is vital.
It also ages you due to the stress associated with exercise.
It reduces lifespan, obviously. If it ages you it lowers lifespan, duh.
It also makes you gaunt. Ever heard of runners face? Well you do now...
Just walk for basic necessities and at most walk for exercise (although that's pushing it).
