This is all based on a dream I just had, so I'm going to pretend this all just came from God.
F Tier:
Jogging - straight cardio, induces a catabolic state in you, very stressful, not good.
D Tier:
God didn't say anything for this section
C Tier:
Walking - Pretty average exercise, can raise your TDEE a decent amount without side effects. Don't do more than 5 miles at a time.
Swimming - Better for your joints and whatnot than jogging, if done in an anaerobic fashion it can create some of the most mogger looking athletes out there.
B Tier:
General Recreational Activities - e.g. Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball, Rugby: these are all erring on the side of straight cardio, however, the mental boost from team sports like these can be a great boost to your physiology.
A Tier:
Weightlifting anaerobically - Just take 5-30 minutes between sets, power based movements.
Combat Sports - Very androgen inducing if done right, (not faggot jui jitsu)
Gymnastics - Great for posture, your mobility, general health, etc...
S Tier:
Anaerobic Jumping & Sprinting - Every pubertycel should do these everyday for the myriad of growth inducing benefits
