1.Vowel Exercise : Open your mouth as wide as you can and say "O" followed directly by "E".Make sure to exaggerate the sounds.
Complete 3 steps of 15 reps.
2. Chinup : With your mouth closed , push your lower jaw and lift your lower lip.
You should feel a stretch build just under the chin and under the jawline .Hold the position for 10-15 seconds, then relax.
Perform 3 sets of 15.
3.Chew gum : It's so easy and best to improve your jawline definition.
If you're constantly chewing , you're working those muscles all day long.
4. Tongue twister: Place your tongue on the roof of your mouth directly behind your teeth . Press your tongue to completely close the roof of your mouth and add tension. Begin humming and making a vibrating sound . This will activate the muscles .
