So ive recently started doing the Steve Reeves deadlifts and Hercules Holds because of subhuman frame. Do you think they are cope? Have any of you seen any results from performing them?

Idk what the heck those 2 exercises are and cba to google but its most likely cope.

Here are the top 4 things you need if you want a good, broad frame.

1. Genetics …always goes back to your parents and what they gave you…

2. Lat pull downs / pull ups / weighted pull ups. Whichever youre able to do.
3. Lateral shoulder raises.
4. Swimming. Front crawl & butterfly. None of that breaststroke pussy ass shit.

How do you perform the holds?

copeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

having good bones is the only thing you need

I put both of the cables up and full stack them, then hold them until my muscles give up
Yeah but the mechanics don’t align tho do they? How do you feel right after performing them and do you notice anything in particular?

you need to hit every muscle group to gain the ultimate frame

but the most important muscle groups are: shoulders, back (mainly lats) and arms

best exercises for them:
OHP and side raises
pull ups and rows
sz curls and either skull crushers or small grip benchpress
