2. Exercising will have an impact on your weight depending on the intensitly.

3. You should NEVER do cardio.

4. You can not outrun a bad diet that contains carbohydrates and plant toxins.

Yeah that’s what am getting at, and exercise increases appetite causing you to eat a worse diet, and people who need to lose weight obviously don’t have good diet control to start off with, so they will over eat a lot of the time.

Also I’m not saying exercise is bad. It just isn’t gonna do much for weight loss

Well yeah sure, that’s where self-control and discipline come in. If these hypothetical people are undisciplined and can’t maintain their diet and hunger urges, they won’t find success losing weight

only caloric deficit matters for weightloss

if you overeat youll gain weight regardless if you workout or are sedentary

btw thats the only way most ppl will know if theyre on a deficit or surplus, if they lose or gain weight respectively

Walking 20k steps a day is easy and raises your daily TDEE by a good amount.
But I agree that it's mainly diet that matters.
