i've had it since i started watching some videos about universe and black holes. With that i started to go deeper in it and stopped beliving in god. I now realize why all religions exist and their purpose. Religion is cope but at least its good cope and it keeps you away from thinking these things and ruining ur life. You really cant escape this. I would love to be my old ignorant self and believe that something will happend after i die. Although i kinda made peace with death and nothingness and found some comfort in it. I still cant wrap my head around it that everything we do is gonna be gone and everyone too. And every decision we make is not gonna matter.

Well, every decision we make is gonna matter to us. We should be looking at everything with a human perspective, as we are humans. The existence of time shouldn't be questioned, and the activities that we do in our daily lives do matter, but only to us, and I really don't see what's wrong with that

We are in the process of curing aging. For example, you can take senolytics once a month to clear out sencence cells which conribute to the aging process. You can take Niacin which boosts NAD levels which increases DNA repair.
