My surgeon told me that msdo is a bad thing, because afterwards i would have a wrong bite, because lower and upper teeth dont fit together anymore.

Get MSDO and MSE at the same time. my lower arch actually looks similar to yours, except my incisors are straight and it's just the canines that are slightly tipped outwards.
