I am considering buying some to fraud my height, and I would like to know if do they feel comfortable or nah

I wear 1.5 inch height lifts
They're a bit weird at first for like a week but afterwards you'll get used to them

anything up to 3 inches is comfortable

I wear 3 cm insoles with my Air Max. No problems.

I used them in East Europe.

Up to 2 inches (5cm) is comfy enough. Past that point it starts getting more shitty very quickly. The 7m and 9cm ones were bad, but the 9cm much more so than the 7cm (which was still tolerable, albeit only for short distances).

The best thing to do is fine a shoe or boot with a platform sole. The problem with shoes like nike airmax 90s is that the heel is raised more than the rest of the foot, and so when you add the lifts on top of this, it makes it even more uncomfortable. If you get footwear that raises the entire foot, you can add more lifts before it gets to painful stage.

Good heightmaxing shoes + 5cm-7cm lifts = a decent increase.

Things to watch out for though:

- Your lifts do not give you that much REAL height increase. A 7cm lft gives around 5cm, a 5cm lift gives around 3.5cm. That's because it's your mid foot that determines your height, not the heel point. Keep that in mind when telling a chick you're xxx height on tinder, or when someone asks you your height IRL.

- Shoes with a platform, as they cover the whole foot, WILL give as much height increase as claimed. A 4cm platform = a 4cm boost.

- However remember normies wear shoes too, and all shoes provide about 2cm of height increase. Your 4cm platform or airmaxes or whatever are only boosting you 2cm above and beyond what a normie has just wearing their normal shoes.

- It's thus not that great an idea to wear 4cm platform boots, add a 7cm lift, then add 3cm for a 'typical fraud' (as all guys overstate their height when asked) and ultimately claim you're 184cm when you're say, 170cm. It would be better to say you're 180cm (your boots give you 2cm above a normie, your lifts give you around 4.5cm, and you overstate by 3cm like every other guy does.

- Try to go on dates where you won't be walking that much, especially if using big lifts. They'll kill your feet if you have to walk a long time in em.

Doesn't your foot slip out then? I have Nike Airmax 90 and they don't look like I could put 3cm insoles in them

i put 2 inch soles in my timbs so 4 in boost overall is pretty good

what’s a good height boosting shoe?

The Airmax 90s are fine for up to 5cm lifts. It's not possible to fit more inside the shoe.

Fila Disruptor II's are similar to the Airmax, except their height boost is across the whole foot, making it better. Again, you can't fit more than 5cm lifts in these though, but they're pretty comfy.

If you want to go to the next level you'll need to be getting boots really, as those can accomodate bigger lifts. I used these: https://www.drmartens.com/uk/en_gb/p/15265100

That's a 4.5cm platform, and you can fit 9cm lifts into them if you really want to. I'd recommend the 7cm for girls who are near your height though, and just the 5cm for girls you already heightmog a fair bit, since like I say these things get a lot more uncomfy with each extra cm, and each extra cm doesn't give as much real height increase as the cm before it as it's all about midfoot placement (basically there's a law of diminishing returns with this stuff, so reserve the truly massive lifts for situations they're actually NEEDED - i.e. you're 170cm and the girl is 175cm or something like that. Do not wear 7cm or 9cm lifts if the girl is like 160cm in that scenario, it's not worth it at all).

when I’m measured by other people I’m 0.5-1 inch taller as compared to when I measure myself

I think it's also cause I measured using a 30cm ruler. I know - I'm stupid as fuck.
