I've been rated by a 4 girls and 2 guys, and everyone has mentioned the lack of under eye support. Obviously I'd like to get a fat graft but can't do that for about a year.

fillers relocate after one year.. so i think that fillers around the eye area would be risky for you simmetry and proportion in the long run. if i had the money would go for implants imo.
