@Over seems to have a lot of Succes with it, but wouldn't it be better to just use soft/mild Shampoo instead of not using any at all?

You can make your own shampoo which has PH of 5.5, which is ideal for skin

Water of PH 5.5 is similar to rainwater

noshampoo for your face

I haven't used a single shampoo/product on my body since February this year.
The first week/2 weeks your hair might be greasy but eventually it gets used to just water.
Basically shampoos dry your hair too much making it produce too much oil to overcompensate.
When you use just water your natural oils stay in your hair, as it should be, then your hair will never be too greasy.
I use water for hair every 2 days, since I workout daily.
NoPoo is a bit harder tho if you don't have a water purifying filter on your shower head, since city water has a too high PH level, (hard water), meanwhile for NoPoo soft water is optimal. I've been doing NoPoo with hard water for 8 months now, hair feels and is clean. Also I don't risk shampoos ruining my hair/causing dandruff or balding.

very true
6 and above is chronically irritating your skin and hair, but too low is also not good
4-5 may be the best

isn't drinkable water above 7ph?

I'm suicidal when I don't use shampoo

What’s the point of no shampoo and how are you going to make sure your hair is properly clean? Sounds like cope to me

If you find shampoo dries out your hair just use a good conditioner afterwards.

I haven't used shampoo in months and my hair has been perfect lately, before I used to apply shampoo everyday and my hair was very greasy.
I can't explain it, it just works tbh

aren't we showering in drinkable water? or does that refer to bottled water?
7 ph is pure water
your tap water is likely more alkaline due to the chalk

so the ph is even higher?
yes
alkaline things may be ok for your intestines/inner body
but skin and hair seem to be more suited to slightly acidic environment
