I'll keep it simple to not bore you low attention spancels.

Bonesmashing does not elongate any bones, it triggers a mechanism called periosteal apposition. This is seen being used in real life practices within orthodontic fields using expanders and other similar applications. What it means exactly is that when microfractures are created your body scrambles to use igf-1 shuttling of bone supporting nutrients to the areas where it's required to trigger what's called cortical bone remodeling.
This entire process consists of something called osteogenic pressure, where constant force is applied using said appliances far beyond what something like thumb pulling ever could. Now about bonesmashing, by hitting the cortical bone you are creating micro fractures, yes.
The only difference is the remodeling aspect that occurs only heals the bone causing it to become more dense, and maybe with years of consistency slightly thicker at the very most. No you won't get anything more than 1-2mm over this span of time, but by then you could have already afforded a more invasive solution without the risk of damaging a vessel or paralyzing parts of your face.

Even with exogenous hormones and nutrient shuttling of K2, D3, calcium, and collagen, there is no real directional vector of pull to tell your bone which direction to go in and best case scenario? You get weird lumpy bulges of bone and that's only if it even remodels to that extent. Please save yourself the time, pain, and looking like a neanderthal hitting himself in the face even if it's to show up to an event looking like you just got jumped because muh "localized swelling = bonemass". I promise you that kent guy on tiktok didn't and doesn't do any of those things, much less with his 1kg of sugar per day propaganda. Let's stop with the foolishness and do some of our own research on topics before blindly following a grifter protocol.

Didn't realize factual accuracy was based on rep to post ratio, thanks for the insight chad.

well basically it is, look at users like "Chad" and "SlayerJonas" good rep-post, and both very knowledgeable... who would've known?

So.. guys with clout are smarter because... they have clout? Might want to work on not using correlation fallacies as an argument considering I just started posting on this account yesterday.

Regional acceleratory phenomenon (rap) is present after controlled trauma (bonesmashing). Rap combined with pharmaceuticals and directional loading when done properly can cause concentrated periosteal growth. So bonesmashing can work.

Sure, with directional vectors and the hormonal support rap is real, but definitely not the uncontrolled smashing with no scaffolding to replicate that environment. Blunt trauma 0 control over the remodeling aspect is all it is.

i get youre cautious of bonesmashing in the first place because of the interference with your fillers
though bonesmashing in my opinion works
not because of wolfes law
but because of the swelling (temporary but reliable halo) and fibrosis (10x more effect than any bone growth that comes from bonesmashing) that comes with it, fibrosis being able to create mass in an area
the arguament that its uncontrolled is true, though if practiced in a specific area, mass will accumulate in that specific area

Yeah but that's pretty useless and only damages soft tissue and vessels. Fibrosis won't create any meaningful projection, and I'm not biased because my filler or any other procedures I've undergone.

yes i understand, im certainly biased im as an avid practicer in the art
for me the edema gives a big boost (obvious)
for the arguament that it wont create meaningful projection, i disagree, fibrosis is a real phenomenon that will happen if you bonesmash hard and frequent
now is that fibrosis is hard to control? yes. can it be largely controlled? yes
for me, ive noticed added mass to the zygos for example over months, meaningful projection
now does filler mog -> also yes
