As for growing, there isnt anything you can do. If you were 15 or 16 you might have been able to squeeze out an extra inch of height but at 19 you cannot restructure your bones. There is no medication i know of that can cause more growth or development once your growth plates are fused and you are completely finished with puberty

I started working out at 21and a half years of age and my clavicles grew substantially after that. (also started valuing sleep more, eating better etc) also got into puberty very late, so I'd say I'm about 2-3years later than the average in terms of bone growth
