Currently 63-hours in. I think my past record is 68 hours. Why not extend it.
Even did a workout yesterday, 51 hours into my fast. Went great tbh, didn't notice any loss of strength.

Leanmaxxing till sub 5% bodyfat.

Have you measured your weight? Notice any weight difference? Do you look or feel any different/lighter?

Ye a bit tired, kinda that feeling like it's almost bed-time. But then when I actually do something I feel okay honestly. not overly tired

nah didn't weigh myself, but in the mirror it is very noticeable that I look much much leaner.

My waist is extremely small now compared to normal, I have no 'belly' whatsoever.

Final 2 hours, 98 hours in right now :owo::owo::owo:

Feeling decent, but looking forward to eating again. Making steak with mushroom-sauce, ~1000kcal meal.
Then marinated a lot of chicken-breast to eat tomorrow, heavier meals.
