External Resorption Treatment

The Orthodontist took a picture of my mouth last week and told me it looked like i had external resorption he told me i should go to the dentist to get a more precise x-ray and so i did i just came back from that and they told me i do in fact have External Resorption and told me that i should contact a endodontist she listed two possible treatments she talked about cleaning up the root of the tooth and filling it up or if that wasnt possible according to the endodontist, we would have to extract what should i do and do these surgeries impact looks because im skeptical the orthodontist actually extracted and contracted my ass so i dont wanna be fucked again
