Should i extract my wisdom teeth for decompensation? Orthos require it usually, but i want to extract them together with bimax surgery instead

How would you extract them with bimax surgery, unless you are planning on going for surgery first?

Extractions PRIOR to decompensation is usually required since usually if teeth are crowded there isn’t enough space for all the teeth, so some have to be removed to make space namely the wisdom teeth and sometimes premolars.

my teeth not crowded, and wisdom teeth are okay, i dont want to go under sedation just to extract them and would prefer to extract them during surgery but to get braces id have to extract them first i guess
