Literally can't think of anything more genetic trash seeming than this.
It is the grossest thing imaginable, even making smegma sound tame.
Acne or face pimples are even miles less subhuman/more acceptable.
It means shit genes, shit looks and probably even shit health as well most likely.
Basically if you got pimples on the back of your neck you're subhuman genetic trash to a T.
It means you really need to assess what level of extreme trash you are.

If you have pimples on the back of your neck IT IS INDEED 100% OVER FOR YOU.
