I'd just recommend doing KYC on an exchange like bybit, binance, mexc, kucoin or gate and buy btc there.
Then you just withdraw that btc to the addy given by alldaychemist.

I dont wanna do KYC bc im 17 and my friend is 18 but he didnt get his license in the mail yet so i wanted to do it asap.

I ended up using the website i sent in that pic but i sent the BTC to my wallet on bluewallet then sent the BTC to alldaychemist, worked out fine i think

Or, just pay for someone to KYC your account. Not that difficult to find some bloke that'll kyc for $100
