I just received my blood test today. My HDL Cholesterol is 219mg/dL, chatgpt said it was extremely high. Is this problem?? please help

breakfast is only 6 boiled eggs also i get 3 drops of vitamin d supplement, i usually dont eat lunch, dinner i usually eat chicken
