Eye are changed too much during puberty (It became worse)

When I looked at my pictures from when I was 12-13 even 14, I noticed that I had fucking gorgeous eye area with great hooding, my eyebrows were low-medium set with 0 asymmetries, I had great aegyo sals and fat pads, my eye colour was way lighter, now 4 years after, when I'm 16 my eyes look fucking horrible. I have too low-set eyebrows with bad hooding (I guess my orbitals suck), bad undereye support, overall my eye area looks like it lost a lot of fat even though at 12-13 I was skinny as fuck so I haven't lost weight, in fact, I have gained it so what is the problem for this change?

What will change after I send pictures? I told what had changed in my eye area and described it, by seeing pictures you won't get any more information or causes of that change jerk.
