oral minoxidil, dermastamp, eyelash serum, and shape eyebrows

use topical minoxidil on the brows and lashes to grow them and make your eye area more striking, or you could use oral minox (has diff side effects, causes systemic hair growth)

dye the eyebrows, they're somewhat patchy and sparse.

wear glasses to hide them if that doesn't work
