EYE AREA ADVICE NEEDED. (DIY LASH-LIFT)

Yo guys, please tell me if you think I should dye my Lashes or Eyebrows (thinking they are solid already) or grow them out and mainly, has anyone tried out a DIY lash lift? I think it would ascend my eye area a good amount, since I got long and dark lashes already. but they are downturned, especially at the lateral canthus, wich still leaves room for improvement.
