Eye area advice (pdo threads)

I’m looking at fox eye lift with pdo threads and doing it myself because I have a pct but I feel like my negative hooding strongly affects this, but I’m thinking maybe a fox eye lift could possibly give me more uee? Does anyone know what I can do?

Eyelashes ain’t long enough and I’ve already dyed brows might aswell just hop on minox atp but I ain’t tryna get anymore bloat than I already have rn, my main problem is my hooding
