Eye area after upper eyelid fillers?

Got fillers a few weeks ago, ideally I would get them every 6 months but considering fat grafting though in the future.
Opinions, should have I got more/less amount of fillers?
Better to switch to fat grafting if I like the results or to continue with fillers for the next years?
Costs are not really a problem to be honest but I like the idea of a permanent fat grafting to do not be bothered with the maintenance.

before using surgery, remember upper eyelid is not a flaw unless you have very little fat under the eyelid.
anyway, theese mothods can make upper eyelid exposure less noticeable:

• eyebrow lowering with minoxidil
• lashes growth with minoxidil or bimatoprost
• blue contanct lenses
