It's not the best picture, but I don't think that really matters. You can see that one of my eyes is slightly tilted and not perfectly symmetrical. But when I look back at pictures of myself when I was younger, they didn't always look like this, that’s why I think I can make them more symmetrical. Also, since a couple of months, I sometimes have a bit of a lazy eye, but only occasionally for some reason. I also have pretty bushy eyebrows, and I'm not really sure what to do with them.

I’m grateful for any help, first time really posting on here

Welcome. I’m the main guy on .org so report to me slave.

the asymmetry could be muscular due to habits like uneven chewing, sleeping on one side, touching/rubbing/pressing against that side of your face. or it could be skeletal misalignment which you may need to consult with a professional over. you can try trimming the outter eyebrow hair and making it more linear with the actual shape of ur eyebrow or try completely diff things like darkening them. idk what ur goal is but theres a multitude of things you can do it just begins with you not others.

Yeah well I’m getting braces soon that should fix the chewing, thanks

WHO IS BRO
Yeah would be nice if you could give me some exercises or a video, etc, I already tried something similar but had very red and swollen eyes after that. Do you know how to prevent this?

braces may fuck ur mandible and or maxilla be careful and read more about it here or reddit
Yeah I will it’s just I don’t really have any other choice then getting braces because of my teeth. I’ll look up on how to avoid bad development (I’m 17 and not fully grown/ developed yet. I hit puppetry a bit later then most people idk if this helps)

Saw this from a tiktok user (a.maaxz) but he has deactivated his account think dude went NT or something but originally its derived from jordan.c.w he shares techniques that basically help you ascend but enough of that, here are the exercises!

§

Exercise 1: Lateral Canthus Stretch & Squinting

  • Instructions: Place your fingers at the outer corners of your eyes (lateral canthus) and gently stretch them outward. Be careful not to overextend. While holding this position, repeatedly squint with moderate intensity, avoid excessive force and adjust to a comfortable level.
  • Expected Result: A subtle increase in positive eye tilt, enhancing the overall eye shape.

Exercise 2: Medial Brow Lift & Squinting

  • Instructions: Position your fingers at the inner part of your eyebrows, just where they meet the bridge of your nose. Apply gentle upward pressure while maintaining a firm but comfortable hold. As with the previous exercise, squint with a balanced level of effort—neither too intense nor too weak.
  • Expected Result: Strengthening of the upper and lower eyelid muscles, which may help reduce droopiness and enhance eye definition.
Try these also for the red eyes issue I think you were either squinting too hard or you don't get much sleep because me personally I only get it when i squint too hard.!!!! I will make a freee guide when im done with all this so check out my profile in the coming dayss :))
