Eye area, and tips to look better in general please help.

Ik my eye area is cooked, How to fix brutal eyes area without hardmaxing ( cant afford for now) also have smile lines how can i get rid of those and avoid them?

shit angle take a straight photo
looks fine i guess though. Maybe you have negative canthal tilt but the angle is so shit so I cant tell. If you do you cant do anything about it besides hardmax
