I'm looking for advice and specific measures I can take to improve my eye area and overall facial symmetry.
From what I've noticed the right eye has a more noticeable lateral hooding area and it almost looks droopy. It's also worth noting that the iris itself seems to be more over and less center than that of the left eye.
I also can't get over the fact that the right side of my lip goes down while the left side is straight, this is less of a concern than eye area but it contributes to facial symmetry as a whole never the less.
What can I do to fix these things specifically? I didn't post this in the rating section but im open to other tips in areas that I haven't noticed.
Not looking for cope, if surgery and/or other unnatural methods are the only way to fix these things then so be it, however I'd like the specific names of these operatorations so I can look into more myself.

If you want real changes, there’s no natural fix for that level of asymmetry. For the eye hooding/droop, look into upper blepharoplasty or a brow lift. If the iris positioning is structural, sometimes canthoplasty helps, but that needs a specialist’s evaluation. For the lip asymmetry, either a lip lift or subtle filler can balance it out. Best move is to see a facial plastic or oculoplastic surgeon for a proper plan.
