But technically speaking from a textbook standpoint men are to have darker colored eyes. Women should have lighter colored eyes.

As you can see the women get lighter colored eyes, men get darker. Even the eyebrows get darker and more intense as opposed to the female where it gets lighter and more sparse.

Both men and women can have lighter or darker colored eyes.

It just so happens to be that the Dom morph adheres to the "textbook" aka traditional depiction of men where everything (except skin color) is darker.

Besides I only brought up eye color because someone said he has the worst eye color and UEE.
Uee is one of his problems but his eye coloring is the least of his problems. You can have dark colored eyes and still have an amazing eye area.

Exactly, lighter colored eyes seem to help a lot IRL. But dark is definitely not a failo especially when you consider the fact that the traditional masc man was depicted with dark hair, eyebrows, eyelashes, and Iris color.

There's a lot more to a good eye area than just the color of the Iris.
Even if you want to talk about the eye/eye color itself, Iris to pupil ratio, eyeball size, and limbal rings are important as well.

Light eyes provide contrast between dark eyebrows, eyelashes and hair though. Hence I believe they’re better.

I wouldn’t say so. If you have incredibly dark brown eyes on whites it just looks off but on ethnics it common so it doesn’t look that weird. Look at ethnic male models for example.
