eye area relation to eyebrows (ipd, icd, pfl, full pfl)

a user one explained to me that es ratio isn’t the best way to determine where your eyebrow starts. as in wider eyes are typically said they should have eyebrows that come closer in towards the nose, and close set eyes should have the eyebrows starting further apart from each other.
used explained that it wasn’t too important, and what matters more is stuff like ios, icd, pfl, and total pfl (including how far the lashes or eyelid fold go out) is more important.
anyone know how to determine where eyebrow should start (next to the nose area), as in if it should start in line with the eye, or closer toherher, or further apart ?
