use a lash serum, cant really tighten skin and do much for UEE but you can do UUDD in photos

u can try oils like castor, etc. as for uee were both cooked nothing u can rly do

do some research on tiktok, ive heard grandelash, babelash, rapidlash are all very good but they are expensive, good ROI though eyelashes are so underrated
