Eye area surgery?

Probably going to get canthopexy or canthoplasty when im 18 because the ends are so unsupported from the ligament but what about the hooding on ends what surgeries can be used to help that?

If you mean to ask how to increase hooding for hollower regions in the inner corners of your upper eyelids

then you'd have to do fat grafting to the upper eyelids. This honestly is one of the simpler hardmaxxes and forum members have had great results with it.
