Eye area ULTRA ascension with fat grafts

From my research orbital decompression alone is not a good strategy for eye area ascention, but in this case Taban used fat grafts in the supraorbitals resulting in a excellent eye area.

What do you degenerates think about this strategy? Looks better than supra implants (the results i have researched just look uncanny)

Great result tbh, would be curious to see how it looks 3-5 years after the graft and how it feels considering it's a fat graft.
