grow your eyebrows, shape them according to your eye area so it looks like PCT (I think it only works if you have an NCT) and grow your eyelashes

Good thick eyebrows is all you can change without surgery. No amount of icing, volufiline, BS eye exercises or squinting will give u good eyes

Supposedly you can fix under eye hyperpigmentation with just a topical serum, which would be a good improvement. Currently trying it myself
