Does anybody know which surgery would improve specifically the area shown of the eye, to give an affect more along the lines of the eyes of Adriana lima?

Thats the medial canthus. Dont know if theres surgery for it but some people habe kind of cut it to make it more elongated and downward, but dont know if i can recommend that

Its legit but it grows back. Dont know how ling it takes to grow back or if its even really safe but i wouldnt want to fuckting cut anything near my eye bc you can prob do a lot of things wrong
