could be the angle
you need someone else to take a photo of you looking straight into the camera
i have same thing
one of my eyes is neutral the other one is positive, its fine dont worry about it

It's a very tiny asymmetry considering the tilted face in your image. You can only fix it through canthoplasty, no natural solutions, sadly.
