I have a good eye-area but it's getting graped by my subhuman hooding
It's asymmetrical and negatively tilted.
SO how can I fix it, does anyone have experience with fat grafts?

Fat grafting works well and is safe, but there are cautions.

Main risks of the surgeries

Fat Grafting
Asymmetry
-Somewhat likely
-Can be fixed with more fat grafted in revision

Overfilling
-Can be common, depending on surgeon
-Kinda difficult to correct this, revision surgery needed

Lumps/Nodules
-Quite uncommon, but can happen
-Can be due to small amounts of fat necrosis, can be fixed non surgically in some cases
-Revision surgery can be needed

Fat necrosis
-Quite Unlikely
-Serious complication if widespread

Intravascular Injection
-Extremely rare, especially if surgeon is using blunt tip cannula, which they should be
-Very serious, can lead to blindness, and death
