upper eye isn't bad, its the shit lower eyelids that fuck you. Very droopy. Do eye closing type exercises.

Lower eye lid retraction and maybe wearing colored contacts should be good.
I wouldn't worry about upper eye lid exposure, full hooded eyes are cope anyway. Yours isnt death-tier UEE.
