These 2 results are actual life fuel for me. Although the price is suicide fuel. I have droopy eyelids and tear troughs. My undereyes are hollow and dark it’s so bad. Even if they don’t make me look better I would be more confident not looking so tired all the time. I would do fillers but it’s temporary, is taban the best for this?

Infraorbital rim implants son

You need to have addressed the reason you have dark circles. If it's a thin skin problem the implant will probably do nothing and the solution is either filler (they tend to last for a longer period of time in the periorbital area (1-2 years) or fat grafting, though it's much more unpredictable in terms of survival plus you need an EXPERT to do it on you since wrong amounts in the wrong areas can give you an irregular appearance.

I have thin veiny skin under my eyes which creates dark circles. And my orbitals are recessed, causing deep lines. How would implants not help? This picture is almost exactly how mine look. (The before).

First of all that's a bad before after photo cause there's clearly different lighting between the two photos.

And second, some users here had infraorbital rim implants to address the dark circles and negative orbital vector they had and while it corrected the latter it did nothing for the former and one of them had to get fillers to remove the dark circles.

But even if this is only an anecdote for you (and that's fair obviously), infraorbital rim implants are mainly targeted to correct protrusion of the lower part of they eyeball past the cheekline. They do not affect the skin pigmentation to any significant degree, which is what you want to eliminate the dark circles appearance. If it's only tear troughs they will help, however if you have this purple blue pigmented circles under your eyes, it may not do much.

Ah I see. Thanks for all the help and information. So for the darkness under and around the eyes the best solutions may be filler, fat grafts, gaining weight, and good sleep? But for deep set tear troughs are infraorbital implants the way to go? My eye area looks just like this, almost identical.

[About the black and white pic] My eyes look exactly like the eyes to the left, and is the nose different too? bc i see a difference there too. Does anyone know how much the surgery would cost, and the official names of the procedures that took place to make this great change
