Topical Minoxidil doesn't work on eyebrows

At least that's my experience with it... Before (a year ago): Now (today :lul:): I'll stop using it now and switch back to castor oil. I'll keep you updated

without the filter sure u can it removes the unwanted black and white exposure on my face and highlights my eyes so u guys can rate it thanks
