I have had a similar situation before. About a year and a half ago, I had a stye on my eyelid. It went away quickly but left my eye (the one that had it) looking asymmetrical. That asymmetry went away within a week.
In early December, I got another stye. It lasted longer than usual (about a week and a half), and after it, I was left with a chalazion. The chalazion was gone by the end of December.
Now, I have asymmetry in the same eye where all of this happened. It's possible these are remnants of the chalazion, and I'm trying to treat it with special eye drops, but I'm about 50% sure it's just a lingering effect of the chalazion.
How can I fix this eye asymmetry now?
