i dont have major eye asymmetry but my left eye has a bit more uee and my eyebrow is slightly more positively tilted and i think a tiny bit higher set, i always slept on my right side and i think I still kinda do but not as much, do you guys think if i start sleeping more on my left side itll maybe fix it?

No. It'll be your orbital bone and/or soft tissue. Show a picture.

It will not fix by sleeping on ur left.
When ur face was growing u had bad posture which rotates the sphenoid and makes one eye, ear and zygo higher that the other, also messes up ur mandible.
The only way to fix it is to fix ur posture.

not really trying to show my face on this site since ive heard many stories but wdym by orbital bone?
Then we can’t help you directly. What stories are you on about?

You can crop it so we can only see your eyes if you wish.

The orbital bone is that bony socket of your skull which houses and protects your eye.
