eye asymmetry

i’m thinking it’s caused by my asymmetrical maxilla, i was already planning on bimax, would it fix the eye asymmetry?

tilted maxilla -> tilted face -> tilted eye region

it doesn’t look bad with front cam, and at least not very noticeable irl but back cam pics make me wanna rope

what would a temporary solution be, or should i just wait until bimax and always squint my eye on that side to make up for it

yeah, if bimax really fixes asymmetrical faces like all the before and after pictures i’ve seen, it’ll just be another good reason to get it. maybe temporary filler to cope until then, or blethorplasty after bimax if it doesn’t fix it
