Eye bags fix

How can I fix my eye bags tried a lot of under eye creams but they didn’t worked. I sleep around 8 hours a day. Are they just genetic and surgery is the way?

I don't see the eye bags how about you start worrying about something else

Concealer or cc creme on under eyes is pretty much the only non invasive solution (besides maybe Hirudoid cream didn't try it yet though)
Permanent to semi permanent fixes are fillers and/or surgery/implants since bad under eyes are usually caused by poor bone structure

Hydrocortisone cream would thin the skin under your eyes and more than likely exacerbate the issue.

Oh sorry I meant to say Hirudoid cream I always mix these two up.
